I was very skeptical with Tri-Care, however I received excellent service!!! The customer service was superb. Not only did they give me a follow up call to see how my car was running ok, they gave me a car care gift bag and a thank you card in the mail. I was very pleased with the service and treatment. "Fast friendly service, Courtney was the absolute best and helping me with my issues. Told her I needed the vehicle back by Friday, she said she would try her best to make that happen, and it was ready by thursday! I have never used this company before however, I will definitely use them again in the future. Update: There was a few issues with my repair, however Tri-care went above and beyond resolving those issues!! A few days after the final fix, the owner called me personally saying that he had seen that my vehicle returned a few times, and asked if it was right, told him that it was. He said that if I had anymore problems with it to contact him directly. NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will definitely use again for future repairs and will highly recommend!"
